Telematics Platform for Powered & Non-Powered Assets - An asset management and tracking device designed specifically for non-powered assets or assets which may be left without power for long periods of time such as trailers and caravans.
The unit communicates via GPRS and SMS text and can be remotely re-programmed to carry out a range of functions including tracking, asset management (position, speed, motion, distance travelled, trip distance etc.), text alerts to a client mobile phone and e-mail alerts. The unit may also be programmed to wake up at predetermined intervals to send information by text or e-mail.

Stolen Vehicle Tracking - A Thatcham Category 5 stolen vehicle tracking unit. The IRIS SVT 5 meets all of the requirements of Europe’s stolen vehicle tracking legislation as well as providing support for vehicle asset management applications.
The unit uses SMS messaging between the unit and the secure operating centre providing 24/7 vehicle security. When in use the GPRS communication channel is used to send vehicle management information such as position, odometer, speed, idling time etc.
The IRIS SVT 5 unit should be used when the customer requires the highest level of vehicle security or where hardware cost is of most importance and both security and vehicle asset management functions are required in a single unit.
