PD-LD, Inc offers a family of BiDirectional transmitter and receiver modules operating in the 1310 and 1550nm optical windows.

Styles include : WDM versions that transmit and receive at different wavelengths and single wavelength versions that transmit and receive at the same wavelength.

Both styles are available with either PIN diode or PIN TIA receiver sections.

Laser Diode Incorporated PINAMPs provide a low cost , high performance miniature optical receiver module integrating a high speed, high responsivity, low leakage current InGaAs photodiode with a GaAs transimpedance amplifier.

PINFET Optical Receiver Modules

The AIRPAK 2000 Series laser transmitters and receivers are full function, high performance digital fibre optic modules.They provide a very cost effective interface between standard ECL and PECL logic families and an optical fibre transmission system.
