1310nm Laser Diode

Laser Diode Inc"s 1300nm edge-emitting LED"s (light-emitting diode) feature high power stability with temperature variation and excellent spectral characteristics.

They are offered in two versions of the DIP.

The standard package with a high-profile flange is configured either with or without a thermistor and a Peltier-effect thermoelectric cooler (cooled package).

We also offer an uncooled, low-profile package without a flange for applications where space is limited and temperature control is not required.
